It won't, for sure, do all the work, but try to enrich your diet with sources of tryptophan or 5-HTP - natural precursors of serotonin
For me behavioral interventions work the best, mostly fixing my sunlight exposure and (as much as it bores me) exercise. Never had much luck with dietary supplementation, personally, though I'm sure it helps some people. Lessons learnt from 25+ years of depression, haha!
